Welcome to Racelist! By using our platform and registering for any race or athletic event, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Participant Responsibilities
- Sole Responsibility: You are personally and solely responsible for your own safety, health, and actions before, during, and after the event.
- Compliance: You must strictly comply with all rules, regulations, directions, and guidelines set by the individual Event Organizer (Race Director/Hosting Organization) and local authorities.

2. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk
- Waiver of Claims: You agree that Racelist is not liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or expenses that may occur during the event.
- Release: You waive any claims against Racelist, its parent company, affiliates, and employees concerning your participation in any event listed on our platform.
3.Organizer Role and Accountability
Racelist functions exclusively as a platform to facilitate event discovery and registration.
- Limited Role: Racelist does not assume responsibility for the organization, conduct, safety, or execution of any event listed on the platform.
- Organizer Accountability: Event Organizers are solely and fully responsible for the planning, execution, safety measures, course accuracy, and communication for their respective events.
- Inquiries: You must direct all event-specific inquiries to the respective Organizer.
4. Event Changes and Cancellation
- Platform Rights: Racelist reserves the right to modify event details (dates, times, locations) displayed on our platform based on information provided by the Organizer.
- Costs Incurred: In the event of a cancellation, postponement, or change by the Organizer, Racelist is not responsible for any costs you incur, such as travel, accommodation, or other related expenses.
Acceptance and Updates
- Acceptance: By registering for a race listed on Racelist, you confirm your acknowledgment and agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
- Modifications: Racelist reserves the right to update or modify these terms as needed. We encourage you to review this page regularly for any changes.
